Who We Are

Following the compulsory purchase of Newton Farm, Hereford, by Herefordshire County Council in 1959, The Powell Family moved to Cumyoy Farm in the Llanthony valley, Monmouthshire.

Being awarded a tenancy on the Foxley Estate in 1986, with further land added in 1992, the family moved to Yazor Court to continue to invest in the business in and around the farmland of North Herefordshire.

With agricultural diversity a keystone of Herefordshire farming, this has been fully embraced to develop a business fit for a post-Brexit landscape – principally built around long-term relationships with likeminded farmers and landowners.
